- The product is in its original packaging, including any tags, dust bags, or boxes it came with.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature. These include:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved or monogrammed products).
- Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise in promotional materials).
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. How to Return an Item
Returning a product is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, include all accessories or documentation, and write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the package.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 3 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and replacement or offer a full refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue promptly.
6. Refund Processing Time
After we receive your returned product, please allow 3 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and you will be notified once this is completed.
7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside India, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns to ensure safe delivery.
